Walk in clinic: Monday-Friday 6-9

Provides primary medical care for low-income, uninsured and underserved families in Kitsap County. May assist established PCHS

patients with prescription purchases or samples. Accepts OSHS, Healthy Options, Basic Health and other insurances. Patients

charged on a sliding scale based on income. Participant needs to call in the morning to schedule an appointment. Also provides dental,

mental health care and WIC nutrition support service. Bremerton Clinic now open extended hours, week nights and weekends. Dental

services for children only unless it is an emergency and then only if there is an opening.

 

3M PHRMEACEUTICALS-PATIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS

To provide 3M pharmaceuticals prescription medications to those individuals who are not covered by a third-party prescription insurance

Those who do not qualify for government assistance, and who income and medical expenses meet the qualification of the 3M program.

Will fill some antibiotic prescriptions. Participant needs to come into the office and provide; ID, and proof of address.

MUST RESIDE IN THE BREMERTON SCHOOL DISTRICT.

 Free prescription medicine available for those who qualify. For those who do not have insurance or a government program pays for

outpatient prescription medicines, and the cost is causing a financial hardship; Participant needs to call or visit their Website.
