Air Lifeline is a national non-profit charitable organization of over I,000 private pilots who fly ambulatory patients who cannot afford
the cost of travel to medical facilities for diagnosis and treatment. Our pilots donate their time, aircraft and fuel to make this air
transportation service totally free of charge for patients who qualify.

Services are provided in the home by registered nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists and physical therapists.

APPLE HEALTH KIDS
CHIP guidelines. Interested families should call for income-guidelines and admission information. Children can receive low-cost medical
services they need through CHIP. Covered services include check-ups, immunizations, prescriptions, dental, vision, hearing, outpatient
& inpatient hospital services and more.

certain health care centers provide free or low-cost medical care to patients who cannot afford to pay. People can apply before they
receive the care and after the bill has been sent to a collection agency.
