Our Structure
The Board, which meets once a month, sets policies and goals for the South Puget Intertribal Planning Agency (SPIPA).
Each Board member is appointed by their Tribal Council and given the duty of keeping their Council informed about opportunities. The Board's prime goal is to promote the well being of Tribal Members and Tribal Communities. SPIPA shares that goal.

To that end, SPIPA is directed to maintain, expand and enhance current community services, education, job training, and social service programs using grant funds (and other resources) to benefit all tribal members and their families.
A prime directive of the Board is to develop new resources for funding programs and services.
