The 2008 Auction is Over! But . . .
This gallery will still give you an idea of the quality of art that you may find at the Nov. 14, 2009 Auction to be Held at Lucky Eagle Casino, Events Center, Rochester, WA
The 2008 Native American Art Auction and Dinner took place November 15, 2008 at Great Wolf Lodge, Grand Mound, Washington. A few people took advance of pre-sales to snap up a couple of prime items. We do not anticipate offering items for pre-sale at the 2009 auction.
This is the first year we offered pre-auction sales. The Auction Committee, chose a limited number of items to feature on this pre-sales page. The annual auction and dinner is our sole fund-raiser. Seventy-five percent of the proceeds go into an investment fund that will establish the SPIPA Endowment Fund. All funds raised advance the health, education, and welfare of the SPIPA Consortium Tribes. The remaining twenty-five percent is used to meet the immediate needs of the elders and youths of the tribes.
