ADMINISTRATION-FISCAL SERVICES
The Administrative Department is committed to providing comprehensive services to consortium member tribes in the areas of accounting, human resources, payroll, plus grant writing and human resources.
RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT/GRANT WRITING
One of SPIPA's primary services is to assist member tribes in applying for, and securing, grants. SPIPA coordinates grant activities and strategies with the tribes and offers a wide range of services.
HUMAN RESOURCES/EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Harry Bossi is our human resources project coordinator. This is a relatively new depeartment that has been elemental in organizing employment policies.
