Our Senior Meals Program

John Simmons was Nisqually Tribal Chairman at the time the Nisqually Senior Center held its grand opening. He is pictured here with well-known Nisqually Elder Zelma McCloud.

Two to three times a week the Senior Meals (Title VI) Program serves nutritious meals to our Elders. This program provides exemplary support and nutrition services to our seniors.

The program continues to focus on improving the quality of life for our Elders. As part of this focus, home delivered meals are available. But Elders are encouraged to eat at their nearest Senior Center in order to mingle and visit with friends and family.
