The SPIPA Network
Program works in partnership with tribal communities to reduce substance
abuse, school dropout rates, and youth violence.
The program seeks to implement cultural values, enhance self-esteem,
and offer mentoring and education programs among 250 Native American
Youth. It receives funding from the Family Policy Council.
