The
South Puget Intertribal Planning Agency (SPIPA) formed
in 1976 as a 501 (c)(3), tribally chartered, intergovernmental

Today the consortium
includes five Southwestern Washington tribes: the Chehalis, Nisqually,

the spirit of our early founders and leaders.
